Following an extensive Development Application (D.A.) process through Local Council, this Custom Designed Residence ensures the Design Brief of the Client has been met in terms of living function and a requested aesthetic of ‘something contemporary but a little different ‘. The nominated Alternative Construction method using Structural Insulated Panels, (SIPs), provides the basis for increased Energy Efficiency. Add uPVC double Glazing by Canon Double Glazing and sustainable design principles including Orientation, Glazing, Shading and Breeze Patterns and this New Home achieves a 7.3 Energy Star Rating.
