This New Single Storey Residence will help ease the hard yakka of Farm life, with energy efficient Structural Insulated Panel’s (SIPs) Alternative Construction. For their New Build, the Client selected experienced SIPs and Registered Builder Bellissimo Homes. Following previous successful collaboration Projects, Bellissimo Homes chose to work with Design2Solution to deliver on the Client design requirements. With clear parameters for a Design Brief, the Client worked direct with Designer for a Custom Design, refined to suit the Site location and Farming lifestyle and, the process to achieve Certified architectural, Engineer structural plans & documentation, a Building Surveyor Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) and Building Permit issued by local Council got underway.

An impressive 360sqm+ Residence will be the new landing spot for this Rural Brookton Farm, 138kms South East of Perth. North Orientation to Indoor / Outdoor Living in conjunction with high raking ceilings to the main Living area, will be a pleasure to relax in come the end of day all year ’round. Increased building sealing from the SIPs construction method added to uPVC Canon double glazing and 2.7m flat ceilings as standard, high energy efficiency has been achieved with an 8.2 Star Energy Efficiency Rating.
