New Residence Two Storey: 132 Clifton Cres., Inglewood

This New Two Storey Residence forms part of the Two-Residence Development in Inglewood. As it is situated within the Heritage Protection Area (HPA), local Council planning policy requires the new development to remain sympathetic to historical building features in the locality.

Following an extensive, successful Development Application process and Building Permit Approval, this New Home capitalises on easy-care smaller outdoor spaces and less garage for more House. The modern living spaces are designed for Entertaining, with the open plan Living / Dining / Kitchen accessing the North-facing outdoor area through two large alfresco sliding doors. The Entry has feature lighting connecting the void to the landing above, which provides access to the Master Bedroom Suite including a Retreat / Study area, bedrooms 3 & 4 and a main Bathroom.
