A Development Application (D.A.) to Council approved & fully Engineered Working Drawings complete, this collaboration SIPs Project with Bellssimo Homes, take’s the original 1950’s house and re-works the floor plan for greater footprint including: extending the existing main floor Living / Dining with direct access to a new Alfresco and vista to the garden, a new Master Suite to the lower ground floor for a large Dressing, spacious Ensuite and, Main Bedroom that looks out across the existing Pool. Other miscellaneous Works include a re-designed main Bathroom, new Fit-Out to the Laundry and Re-Roof to replace Tiles with Colorbond Customorb and, to provide covered parking a new Double Carport with Cascade Steps forming part of the new Landscaping & Retaining to the Front Elevation.
