Originally part of the Latrobe four-Unit Development, the Owners of this Site engaged Design2Solution to prepare a Concept Plan for a New Two Storey Family Home for the street-front Lot. Changed circumstances resulted in the Owners relocating and the Site being Sold.
The Planning leg-work towards lodging a Development Application (D.A.) has been carried out with Council for this Initial Concept Plan – setbacks, heights, overshadowing, materials and site coverage etc satisfy the Residential Design Codes (R-codes) and, it only remains to make formal application for assessment and approval.
The Rendered Image shows one of the aesthetic options for material & building form of the Street Elevation. We have an aligned Floor Plan and variations of it to maximise Use of a 331 m2 front Lot Battleaxe Sub-Division, with all of our Floor Plans taking into consideration North orientation to Indoor / Outdoor spaces.
The Concept for this Custom Designed Two Storey Residence has also been costed by Bellissimo Homes for use with alternative construction using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), or Cavity Brickwork, both with Canon uPVC double glazing.
