With easy river access the Owner was interested in retaining the existing home in a great location. A substantial re-work of ground and upper floors, these Rendered 3D Images formed part of our Re-Design engagement for the Owner, towards investigating project viability as an Alteration / Addition. The aesthetic upgrade brings street appeal, whilst improved function to indoor / outdoor spaces transforms an existing cluttered floor plan into an open plan layout for contemporary living.
A Hampton’s style influence refreshes the overall presentation of this Home, whilst the new layout results from a thorough review of the existing floor plan and feature’s including pool & future sub-division potential. With improved solar gain to indoor and outdoor living spaces through orientation, the new layout promotes a vista to the existing pool and garden beyond with an openable window-wall. The privacy of this large garden sanctuary can be soaked up visually from the kitchen, dining and living areas and, the indoor space spills seamlessly onto the generous alfresco deck for closer interaction with the pool area.
