The Owners maximised use of land on this odd shape Lot using Tilt Panel Concrete with a Portal Steel Frame. Site research and subsequent extensive enquiry by Design2Solution revealed an undocumented Watercorp line adjacent to the rear boundary, which permitted timely inclusion of appropriately Engineered footings. Additional windows have been located high for future mezzanine office space above existing, with an Eilbeck Crane to assist production in the Factory.
